I am incredibly disappointed in Discovery Vitality,
I reported a problem with my miCoach points not updating. It was reported in the 2nd week of October.
I have no resolution and my points are still not updating.
I have had to chase after discovery due to the abominable lack of feedback, I have escalated this to two managers- have received no feed back for more then 2 weeks.
I am owed in excess of 2500 Vitality points and this is keeping me from achieving silver status. Now I will not get the discounts, I am paying to receive the benefit of (over the December period), because Vitality cannot get their systems to work correctly.
I cannot believe on top of this how useless some of the call centre personnel have been, not even reading my complaint and telling me they don't have access to my account.
I will be cancelling my Vitality membership if this is not resolved within the next 2 weeks.
I will not pay for a service I am not receiving.
