I'm disappointed in the service of bonitas of lately. I have been a member for 16 yrs withou any complains but now i cant even get past the wall they built that is called call centers. It all started when i wanted my 8 week old baby immunized. I went to Clicks for this service as I did with my 1st baby. My claim for the medication was declined and they told me my funds are exhausted and i called in to ask and they confirmed that I do have funds. My frustration at this point now is that every time I call in i get a different story about why that claim cant be processed. They asked for neppi codes that i got from 2 suppliers but still i get not so clear answer. I called in on Monday and i spoke to Khensani who promised me that her supervisor Letticia will call me back and they havent called back. All i want is my child to be immunized (which Bonitas cover). This is causing a delay cos my baby is now 11 weeks now.
