On 04/03/2013 I contacted Discovery and spoke to Wendy Masiza, I informed her that we would like to cancel our medical aid as I am now working for the TFG and would like to utilize their medical aid. I asked her if there is an amount outstanding if we could pay in installments. She said it would be now problem. The medical aid was cancel, with effect 30/03/2013. In April my husband receive a call stating he must pay R7000.00 immediately, he again offers to pay of the amount. But the offer is declined. He is immediatley blacklisted at ITC. He receives a call from Chrisandra Cornelius [Email Removed] he again offers to pay the amount in installlments, which he has and the proof of payments is available.
Yet, the payments is never acknowledge, every week they phone and scream insults because of none payment. My husband has send all the proof of payments yet no luck with Shapiro, Shaik DeFries. Everytime they call he is informed that an additional R35.00 will be added to the account.
According to the national credit regulator, a person should be given a opportunity to pay of his or her debt, before being list.
If this is not resolved, i will take legal
