Two weeks ago I received a sms saying that I have been handed over to attorneys because my Lancet account has not been paid. I have NEVER received a Lancet account. I am a trustworthy person who pays my debt IF I KNOW ABOUT IT! It is just rude to hand over to attorneys without a first step. Secondly, I immediately phoned the attorneys and asked for an email of the statement - to date I have received nothing. It would appear that your accounting system is in a shambles!!
