I am a Discovery Health and Vitality Member. I joined Virgin Active in Jan 2013 as a Vitality Member, the monthly cost is in the region of R150. At the time I signed up with Virgin Active there was a problem with my Vitality subcription, it was not transfered from an "employer" group into my personal capacity. So Virgin Active signed me up as a non vitality member which means I pay R539 / month. My Vitality subscription was never cancelled which means I should be paying R150 for my Virgin Active membership. I called Discovery Health, they say I should take it up with Vitality. I call Vitality, they say I should take it up with Virgin Active. It has taken nearly a year of phone calls, emails, and a lot of frustration. It is NOT my problem if Discovery of one of their partners are incompetent. As a paying customer for all THREE these services, I should not be the one resolving this issue. Discovery, sort your with your partners out. I expect to be refunded for all 11 months ive been paying R539 instead on R150. (I have all the emails and correspondence available)
