Unhappy with the service

As a courier based pharmacy they should make deliveries a priority as much as they make it a priority to claim from the medical aid company, they always claim on time without fail and never make a mistake on that.
I'm a chronic med patient and a day should'nt go by without taking meds, i have to call every month just to ask for my meds that have already been paid for by my medical aid.my understanding this should happen automatically as they know how much supply they have given me the previous month, they are jeorpadising my health by delaying my meds. The call centre staff is not helpful at all, everyone i talk to promises to follw up with supervisor and that this wont happen again.

If i had another option i would not deal with this pharmacy at all as the service is appalling.i just hope Discovery does a turnaround strategy and reinstate Clicks as their preferred dispensary so i can get my meds over the counter.
