Bad experience at Medi-Clinic, Kathu

On Sat. afternoon (12 Oct 2013) I rushed to Medi-Clinic in Kathu to see a doctor at Casualty. When I arrived at Medi-Clinic, the sister then called the standby doctor. The doctor didn't answer his phone and then she left a voice message on his phone. The doctor arrived later on. He then told me that I do have Gastro and I must go home. He refused to admit me to hospital. I was very weak and could not do anything for myself. I was requested to pay my bill of R964-00 cash. I also received a description for medication that I must drink and it cost me another R151.80 . Later that night my symptoms worsened. I had to wait till Monday to see another doctor because I couldn't afford another bill at the Casualty. That Monday morning I had to phone another doctor for an appointment and it has been charged from my medical fund, this doctor admitted me at the hospital and my medical aid paid the bill. If the first doctor admitted me it wasn't necessary for all the extra expenses. The hospital overcharged me, which I paid cash, now the hospital owes me an amount of R119.11. They now refuse to pay it back before the outstanding balance on my hospital bill is not settled by my medical aid.
