BAD SERVICE!

I completed provisional paper work for a hospital plan and was informed that I would still have the option to sign a formal acceptance of the said plan. A few days later I received sms and email confirmation that I am now a member with a member number. Needless to say I was not happy and sent an email to your broker stating that I never formally accepted the said plan and that this is tantamount to. I then received a phone call from your broker (who had an attitude) whose first words to me were: "I'm not happy with your email". Had your broker had a different attitude and apologised I might have still done business with your company. Not once did I get an apology. Your broker proceeded to try worm his way out of any responsibility stating that he is merely the middle man. To be honest that is really not my problem. I find this attitude unacceptable. I have since cancelled my application withe the broker and will not do any business with Liberty Medical Scheme in the furture and will proceed to tell all my friends of this shocking service.
