I Mrs A van den Berg have been a member of Fedhealth medical aid since 2001 .Recently I had a emergency with my blood pressure went tp Dr Osrin ref 141013Qbbxth, 80500317062, M1272345235 They refuse to pay an amount of 3700 rand. Ref rules of medical aid.
I have never been so ill treated by Fedhealth and the total arrogance that was displayed by administration.
The way forward now is to create awareness with medical Drs and Pharmacists to urge them to move members to Discovery medical aid. I have huge access to Drs due to wholesalers that, s owned by my son we will do our best pledge with Drs and Pharmacists to move members away from Fedhealth and cancel Fedhealth medical aid move to Discovery. Feadhealth think they can ill treat members but they have misjudged themselves with me.
