I was visiting a neighbor of mine at Bara Hospital this after (Sunday, 19 Oct 2013 at ward 23) and had a horrifying experience. An old granny came to the bed we were visiting and asked that we help her by calling her son to come get her cause she had been discharged since morning and they were not coming So I went to ask the nurses if they have a contact number, they said they will check and call her family. But after we left they went to the lady we had visited and picked on her about my will to assist asking her who do 'I' think I am teaching them their job and that they are going to move her ward! This particular Lady (neighbor) was admitted due to stress and them putting her through this torture for the fun or out of anger at me could cause her health to deteriorate further. I am truly concerned because she phoned me crying and afraid after their encounter with her. Apart from this incident, upon our arrival at the ward it started raining outside. All the windows in the ward were open and some patients did not have family visiting them nor could they themselves close the window even though it was pouring on them.
