I am very disappointed with Chatsworth Animal Clinic. I took my 6 week old puppy to this clinic and they diagnosed him with the medical term Sarcoptic Mange and they never tell us in simple terms that my puppy had scabbies. They charged us R 700.00 and they never give him an injection, just antibiotics. My puppy eventually passed away last night. He suffered a great deal.
When i tried calling for Trishantha Pillay the people that work there were making excuses on behalf of her.
Not only did i lose my puppy but now we found out out that our puppy had scabbies and that could be a danger to our health.
I want justice to be served. And i want this bad service to end because i wouldn't want another pet owner to lose a pet like i did.
