I joined Multiply, as Bankmed is linked with multiply - I did the Multiply fitness test and my claim was rejected due to the ICD 10 code. I confirmed and the code used was as per Virgin Life Care. I sent a query to ask what YOU think the code SHOULD be - and I just get a reply to send the right code.
Guys, I cannot SMELL what the code should be. Please look at the request I sent you and advise what code should be used. I can then contact the Biokineticist and ask her to amend the invoice.
