Membership with Discovery is 13 55 13 950. We have done our vitality check with clicks at Beacon Bay East London on 18-06-2013. If I go on Discovery website it tells me we (my husband main member and myself) are registered. QUOTE Vitality status completed on 2013-06-18 expires on 2014-06-18 UNQUOTE However until today nothing has been paid out. After contacting Discovery I received a reply that we did not activate our Vitality policy??? I asked the question "how or what do we need to do to activate? " There has been little or no reply. At the moment I am sending e-mail after e-mail again what we need to do, nut no reply, apart from the usual standard computerised e-mail with a reference no. this is getting totally ridiculous. We have registered and are therefore entitled to by now an amount in the vicinity of R 435.00.
