I sent an email on the 16th of September 2013, discovery came back to me on the same day, the consultant said that he and his manager will investigate my query, and will get back to me. He phoned me back on the same day, he then said that he and his manager can't make the decision, so they are going to send it to a "panel" that will give me the final answer. This however will take between 5-7 working days.

Now it is the 11th of October 2013, and I haven't heard anything from Discovery since. I phoned the call centre numerous times, and no one could give me and answer or any feedback, on what the "panel's" decision was. I then asked if the consultant whom I spoke to on the 16th could phone me and I even sent an email again, yesterday I was informed that he would give me a call by close of business yesterday.!!!

All I want is what was the feedback "from the panel", and how can we resolve this query. But no one has any answers, and no one is getting back to me. It is really frustrating and poor service from Discovery.

Could someone please assist me ASAP!!
