I would like to put complain about bad attitude that Dr nhliziyo is giving me when I request him to send me invoice for a cash consultant that was on the 7th September 2013. I went and consult and he told me that he charges R1200 on medical aid and R400 cash, and I didn't want to exhaust my medical aid and I paid cash. I went and claim that amount from medical aid and I was asked to provide invoice. I realized that I was only given cash receipt not invoice. I call me DR nhliziyo and ask for the invoice he said " that's a lot of admin and I am not going to pay him for that. I decided to pay cash not with medical aid so he will only fax it but it wont come through clear". I asked him to email as I leave in Johannesburg not in PE. I was in PE for work purpose not that I stay there but he denied. on the 08 October I called him again to request him to email the invoice to me because the medical aid can't process the claim without the invoice, he denied to email it saying that I am not going to pay him for that admin and the time that he spend on the phone. I should come from Johannesburg to collect the invoice. He emphasis that I should have paid with medical aid then I decided not to.
