I've been getting Migraines for years and have tried all the different doctors, remedies and clinics. I should've known these people have no clue as to what they were doing, but you get so desperate that you will try anything. So I went to dr Raath, claiming he can cure any pain and ailment at his Pain Clinic at the Jacaranda Clinic. Before you can go ahead with the procedure, the medical aid need to authorise your claim., which they did and phoned me to tell me that the ONLY amount payable by me, was at the clinic, on the day of the procedure which ofcourse was done.2 months later I get this account from Linda in the accounts office, stating that I still owe them a certain amount. After spending hours on the phone with my medical aid, the conclusion was that the accounts office never sent through the claim WITH the correct authorisation number on. I phoned LInda and spoke to her, asking what was going on and she said that she will phone my medical aid and get behind the story and let me know. I am still waiting for her call 3 weeks later and had to make payment in the meantime. Horrible service, overpriced!! AND I STILL GET HEADACHES!!
