I have been having endless problems with Discovery and the Vitality Planet Fitness service they offer. Planet Fitness has not been recording my visits correctly due to system issues apparently and therefore Discovery has cancelled my membership, Planet Fitness staff always took my tag to swipe me in and let me in without advising of any issues until I went to a branch where it was a self tag entry and access was denied, I was then advised my membership was cancelled due to not attending gym enough. I am highly irate about this as it is not my problem Planet Fitness cannot record properly. After numerous up and down mails and calls I have come to a dead-end and staff involved just play ignorance (Something Discovery and there administrators are great with) and now the call recording from where Discovery confirmed there were system issues and my membership would be reinstated is miraculously no where to be found and according to them the call never happened, so the call for 2min and 41 seconds on my call history is a figment of my imagination...
