On the 11th September I approached Fedhealth wih a view to joining. I spoke to Brett Naidoo and made application. Subsequently I made several attempts to contact him to follow up the application by phone and email as I want to see if the quote was competitive with other medical aids. Brett never responded to any of my attempts to contact him. I decided to join a rival scheme and on the 27th September I spoke to Brett on the phone and emailed him to cancel the application. Today I received an email from Fedhealth informing me that I am a member of Fedhealth At no stage have I received or signed an acceptance of membership!! If this kind of service is indicative of Fedhealths competency and customer service I am relieved I opted not to join them.
