I went to Specsavers Clearwater for my new glasses. I found it difficult to get used to the new lenses. After asking another Optometrist as well as Specsavers Cresta (who were FANTASTIC with going the extra mile) to look at my glasses, they both confirmed that the multifocal lenses I received are not the ones I paid for!
Specsavers Cresta also confirmed that the lenses I received were Not supplied by a Specsavers approved Laboratory and are not a Specsavers brand. I've been invoiced for " ESS KF Incredible Varifocal 1.5 Hard" and received some unknown cheap version that I can't see with. This is! I demand answers and wonder if I am the only victim? I want my money back!
