Medi-Clinic
Service by health professionals

Good day

My sister is admitted at Legae Medi Clinic and on Sunday, 27 January she requested an assistant nurse named Mpilo to walk her to the toilet as she cannot walk due to illness. The nurse took her to the toilet and left her there citing it is time to go home. The nurse left her in the toilet and indeed went home. on her attempt to check who can assist her back to the bed, she fell down on the floor, bumping her head on the floor. The sister in charge only told her that she needs to tell them when she has headache.

it shows that the nurses do not take their job seriously and do not care about the well being of patients, 1 the assistant nurse leaves the patient in the toilet and leaves for home without delegating to another nurse in charge. 2. the sister in charge discretion to inform the patient to inform them when she has headache, what if the damage has been done.3. the scan was eventually done as a result of a visitor who insisted that the patient be examined by the doctor, question is who is responsible for the scan and the other treatment provided as the result of the accident that occurred while the patient should have been well taken care of at private hospital.
