Please assist. I 've made several calls regarding the claim from Lancet to Discovery but i've had no joy except being told that my claim was sent to the fund managers for approval to this day. The claim is about the tests that were done on my daughter when she was born on the 2011/05/12.
The discovery ref numbers the first one was 2788321395 and there I spoke to the lady by the name Lunga. Later I was given ref 2878618900. Lancet initially sent the claim towards my wife' s medical aid instead of discovery which covered the baby. We only discovered that Lancet had not been paid when my wife got letters of demand from Lancet.
I've called discovery to exlpain the scenario and was promised thou this was a long overdue claim, there is a procedure of escalating the claim so that it can be settled. Everytime I call I would be sent from pillar to post, till they promise that they will get back to me but no contact has been made to date.
This matter has been open for over 7 months.
