Good day.

Its funny how you were able to contact me a 100 times when I owed you money but when it comes to sorting the issue out it's a dormant attitude.

Attention :

I have tried contacting you on more than one occasion, with regards to the above incident I have contacted my Medical Aid and have resolved the issue at hand it appears that Discovery had a system error however all has been resolved and we can move forward.

I was informed by Discovery that Lenmed Health may resubmit the claim

15191645 claim number.
