My very first experience with Fedhealth is NOT a good one! I emailed my application to become a member of Fedhealth on 2 September. A process which was apparently supposed to take 3 to 5 working days is still NOT complete today, the 17th working day!!! Granted, Fedhealth required a letter of approval from the person responsible for the monthly payments but they received that 6 and a half working days ago, on the 16th of September. I have had NO feedback since then, nor a reply to my query as to how much longer the process is going to take. If this is the "service" you get when you apply, I dread the day I need to claim (that's IF the application process EVER gets anywhere!) I would simply like to know what is happening with my application and how much longer this process is going to take.
