Poor service to patient/custome

This is in regards to the poor service delivery by Dr Mohinie Moodley. My spouse had visted the Dr Mohinie Moodley at Kingsway Hospital on the 6th of September. After the consultation, Dr Moodley mentioned that she will call by the 10th of September and issue a script so that my spouse could start treatment. Almost a month later and still no response from the doctor! Stating that she is busy and now on holiday until the 8th of October. This doctor clearly has no respect for her patients/customers and should be dealt with severely. What makes it worse that Dr Moodley has already claimed and received her money from medical aid. Surely greed should not come before the well being of her customers.
