Can't believed that the managers or assistance at Rapsody's cannot give me a copy of the bill I have requested from them its now today a week ago today and still no copy. I've been calling for the past two day and the manager does not call me back. the copy he gave me was the wrong one and this was explained to him, the attitude of the lady manager (if that is was her title is) the same.
Rapsody's I just need to know have you got a filling system or not. Is it so hard just to supply me with a copy of my bill.
