The Headache Clinic's claims to cure headaches are untrue. I have spent more than R10 000 to date and still have no resolution of the problem. I was originally told all appointments for the next 2 years are free after the initial exhorbitant payment but 5 months into dealing with them and still suffering severe debilitating headaches I am told I still have to pay R860 for a pain relief appointment and around R600 for physiotherapy. The PMA device given to me by the Headache Clinic to supposedly cure my headaches does not work. I have been using it for 5 months but when I call to report severe pain I am not given any other resolution to the problem. I have had 6 appointments so far and have had to wait more than an hour every time before being attended to and every time the reception staff have been flustered. The reception is in a shambles and chaotic and no one knows what is going on. Despite this they have the audacity to ask for testimonials despite no improvement in the headaches. Be prepared to wait very long if you have an appointment and don't hold your breath to have an improvement in your headaches very soon.
