Poor service from Discovery

I am on Discovery medical aid and vitality for several years. Since February 2013 I've been to theater 5 times and had 2 back operations and a total hip replacement. All of this medical expenses paid by Discovery! Discovery have send me a mail to inform me that they will cancel my gym benefit as I did not visit the gym as frequently as required. After several phone calls to them they have noted and understand the problem. Today I received a mail from them stating that my gym benefit has been cancelled... OVER TO YOU DISCOVERY!
