The email below was sent on the 18/12/12, after having had two telephone logs for the request to be honoured; to date, still nothing. On the 23rd Jan 2013, I called Resolution Health and requested to speak to a Supervisor; I was told on three different occasions (23/01/2013Thembi @ 11h42: held for a Supervisor, eventually line was disconnected. Khensani@ 11h52: held for a Supervisor again line disconnected; Johan @ 12h05: confirmed Steven Naidu would call, gave me a Ref Number - 416651), as Steven was busy with another call.

Since having added dependants onto my medical aid, in September 2012 already, I have not received new cards with details of those dependents. I have already complained twice, telephonically with this matter but to no avail, so I am hoping that a written complain will assist me in being given the service that I require. Could I kindly request that my postal address be change and new cards be posted to:
43 Moloantoa Street, Atteridgeville, 0008. I am not surprised that the call centre is so pathetic in service; it tells by the Supervisor's actions of non commitment; he is just as pathetic. So much for Client Service or Customer Care
