I have been a Vitality member since 2007 and mainly use it for the gym membership benefits. On 1 August 2013 when I went to gym, I was informed by the lady that work at the gym that my membership has been cancelled. I phone call centre and requested that the membership should please be reactivated. My request was not allowed. I mailed Vitality again explaining that the last 12 months has not been an ordinary year - I was on maternity leave for 4 month and took over a business in April and had to put in a lot more hours.
The thing that upsets me, is that Vitality did not even informed me that they will cancel my contract. According to other vitality members - they receive an email warning them about the number of times they need to go to gym in order to avoid there contract getting cancelled.
