On w end of 31 August the wedding venue - Nt Shonalanga Valley, held a trance/rave party at a wedding venue in a sensitive nature reserve environment. There are about 15 neighbours in close proximity who were not informed of their intention & who previously said no to such events being held in our community. There was music playing so loud the neighbours could not sleep. The music continued from 10am saturday until 5 pm sunday. The owners were rude and ignored the communitys polite requests to resolve the matter. Poor attitude from them and we recommend you not to use their venue! There is a diverse wildlife in the area - kudus, zebra, jackels, caracals etc all of whom would have been affected by the noise disturbance. We are against people trying to make money out of damaging the local environment whilst doing so.
