We arrange accommodation for about 100 overseas students a year. We worked together with him the last 1, 5 year or so. In the beginning everything was quite ok, but unfortunately things escalated quite a bit the last half year, with him trowing students out of his house without reason, threatening students, not paying deposits back (I know there are still at least 3 clients of mine waiting for their money), and also he also still owes me quite a bit of money, around ZAR 8500, -.
