I had a problem with Discovery giving me a reverence nr for a MR scan while I was omitted to hospital for a torn scapula muscle, when I received the hospital bill it showed that they did not cover the MR scan. When I phone the helpline the 1st person just said that they don't cover MR scans an he can't help me. Then I phoned again and George (unfortunately I don't know his surname) from PE office picked up. This was the best service I received from any person so far, he traced the call from the person who gave the reverence nr for the scan, he kept me updated every second day what was going on regarding the whole investigation to the problem. So many time people only complaint, but Discovery you have a brilliant worker in George. George thanks so much for all your help.
