I joined up with spectramed and was having difficulty finalising the memberships with the consultant who signed me up, as she never provided feedback, and made errors and did not inform me. Loriaan, the sales consultant, took over the applications, provided step by step feedback, and requested additional documentation which I was not aware was required and within 3 working days had finalised three memberships and provided me the certificates confirming memberships. Its people such as this who keeps clients on the books, as I was ready to cancel and find another medical aid. Well Done Loriaan, Spectramed should cherish you and your high work ethic level
