Threatening sms and phone calls - no invoice

We received a threatening sms for an account for which no invoice was received. We phoned Lancet and they sent the invoice. Three days later we received rude phone call demanding payment.

You can't expect people to pay you if you don't give them an invoice.

I've paid your stupid account and I hope never, ever to have to deal with your company again. You have plenty of competition and I for one will do my best to make use of them.
