To whom it may concern
I would just like to say how disgusted i am in this medical aid of yours (being on the private comprehensive plan) and from reading the comments on hello peter when it comes to paying hospital bills you are quick to refuse or give authorization. Funny how the broker that i dealt with when enquiring about this medical scheme no longer works there as what she explained to me made out as if you are a fantastic medical aid and saying what other medical aid will give each member R25k for dentistry to use as you may. Well now i have found out that was false information given to me probably just to get me to join this medical scheme as now my 18 month old daughter needs 4 teeth surgically removed in theatre as she has developed 4 abscesses in under a month and 3 courses of antibiotics in under a month. She may not receive any more antibiotics as it is not healthy and has another abscess that is spreading and making that side of her face swell up and hit out with a rash and going blue and red. If you want me to publish photos of proof i will do so as if my daughter gets so sick from this abscess i WILL take it as far as i can
