I made a Gyno aoointment with Dr. Kruger at Arwyp Medical Centre. As I had to get authority from my medical aid, I only get a short time period to go to the Gyno. I am pregnant with my first and the Receptionist phoned me today only, to tell me that my appointment will be cancelled because the doctor is too busy to fit me in and she will have to cancel/move my appointment. I am very disappointed as i really need this appointment and made it over two weeks ago. How can he not fit me in after I made the appointment already.
I cannot believe that they are just unable to help me. Now i have to go through the whole process again of the medical aid to only be able to make another appointment in n weeks time or so, and will only be able to get to a gyno in two or three weeks.
Very Unhappy! :(
