I called today morning, i went trough to a lady and i did not hear her name well, and when i asked the name she put me on hold for a long time, and never assisted me, i had to call again i was put through to a team leader by the name of maria and she said she will come back to me and she never did.
the lady that i spoke to at first at the call center she was rude, was not even listening to me, i had to tell her to listen to me what i was about to say, i was so to the extent where i asked to be transferred instead she put me on hold, started speaking to somebody else, and i could hear both of them talking, and again i want the call to be listened i was calling from 011871 3964.. please find the call and listen to it. i called - 08;52
