We purchased 4 heat packs a month ago.
I myself am a showjumper and was told that this product can be used on both myself and my horses.
To date, we have managed to use the product a total of 3 times. The one heat pad does not work at all, the other has a hole in it which occurred when we followed re usage instructions and the other works when it feels like it.
They take longer to reheat than specified and the heat does not last as long as we were told nor does the product actually fully heat up to the specified heat.
