How do you justify this?

On Friday the 09/08/2013 we went to Specsavers to get new glasses. My husband also wanted to have his eyes tested. When we arrived at Specsavers Northgate, the branch were I have been going to for the last couple of YEARS, we were told that they won't be able to assist my husband as they decided they worked on a "by appointment only" basis, but that I was more than welcome to pick a frame for my new spectacles. I spent close to an hour, until I found my perfect frame. Back at the counter, I was told that I could not get the frame that I chose. The promotion where you get a free frame when you go for an eye test and seeing that I did not get the eye test done I could not get the frame. I told them that I was not interested in the special, I was willing to pay the original full price of the frame. But they declined. They wanted me to come back for a R150 eye test and get the frame for free, rather than to take my R1055 that was the original cost of the frame. The lady expected me to take different spectacles, regardless if it fit my face as long as I did not touch their promotional stock. needless to say I went to Torga, and was pleasantly surprised, will go to Torga forever now!
