We were disappointed with our experience at emerald casino. We stayed at the river lodge - the flooring is old, chipped and is unpleasant to the eye. The shower curtain is old and faded. The towels looked as it it had been thru a million washes and looked more like rags. After checking in, we took the kids to the zoo inside emerald and was disappointed as many of the cages / enclosures was empty. Thereafter we went for supper, the food was overpriced and we even had to send one of the plates back as it was not cooked properly. We then got back to the chalet to relax for the rest of the night and the TV lost signal. A staff cameto assist and we were told he would report the problem and then advise. But. We did not hear from him. Was not a pleasurable experience at all and would never book at emerald again
