It seems as thoug the only way to get a response is to post on Hello Peter. Last Tuesday, after posting here, I got a phone call from Discovery within half an hour. My claim has still not been settled and despite emailing and leaving a voice message, I have heard no more. I am astounded, firstly that my claim should be taking 3 weeks to process - once one has paid an account it seems as though Discovery use any and all stalling tactics to avoid settlement - and secondly that I am left hanging in the dark, not knowing what is happening. If I ran a business in this way, I would be beyond embarrassed.. Perhaps this post will elicit a response from Discovery and perhaps my claim will eventually be settled. One can live in hope..
