Poor Service Delivery from Fourways Life Hospital

The following is only part of the complaint that would fit in the space allowed...

Exceptionally poor nursing from entrance into hospital:
I arrived at the hospital, given my details & sat in waiting area. I was patient no. 3 in the queue at the point of my arrival. While waiting, I needed to vomit, so I told the reception gentleman that I had to go to the bathroom. I was in the bathroom for no longer than 5 minutes. On my return, the sister that was supposed to attend to me had just walked back into the trauma area. The reception man then tried to call her back, but I am not sure what happened thereafter but the trauma sister decided to take a break.
After another 30 minutes, I asked the receptionist to check as no other patients had been attended to since & the waiting area was getting full. He then went in to call her, at which point I was attended to.

After being attended to by the doctor, I was attended to by a sister who had to administer a drip. I admit that my veins are difficult but her ability to find one & insert the needle correctly was extremely poor.
