Discovery Health takes a fortune from us every month and yet when you mail them with ONE question they do not bother to answer the email. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them on the telephone... they only have a zillion buttons that you have to push to get to the next step and NEVER actually get to speak to a person after being on the phone for 15 minutes. They NEVER answer the emails you send them except to send you the standard "Thank you for your email.This is an automated response to confirm that we have received your correspondence.
Your reference number is ...One of our consultants will respond to you by email or contact you telephonically within 3 working days. To date I HAVE NEVER received a call from anyone at discovery. so much for customer service ... they do not have it!!! I look at their fancy offices and see that this is where my money goes to every month because it certainly does NOT go on employing staff who can actually do the job!!
