My wife had a sudden heart beat problem and pain in the chest. We went to Life Hospital Piet Retief for help.
Upon arrival on 4-8-2013 at 21h30 we were informed there was no doctor available, the doctor on call would only be available after 12h00 that night due to personel issues and the doctor who was suppused to cover for him was busy at in theatre at the government hospital We left at 22h30 without any help, When we arrived there was another patient aswell who couldn't be helped.
What a waste of time, next time I will rather drive the 100km to the nearest private hospital in the next town. It will be quicker to do this to get hold of a doctor.
