In December 2012, I bought a offer through the Groupon company for a one day stay and spa treatment at Cullinan diamond spa. I send a email to the company trying to book for the 31st of December, but were told they were fully booked and will only have space from the 7t of January. On the 7th of January, I contacted the company again, wanting to book, only to be told they are now fully booked to March. Seeing as the voucher has a certain time span to be used, I decided to book in advance, ensuring I have a date. Today, I received a sms stating that they cannot assist me due to unforeseen circumstances. On calling the company, I was told water pipes had burst in the room we were going to have our spa treatment (does this take 2 months to repair?). I am getting the feeling, my request to book is being delayed each and every time, to the point where the voucher expires, which means I will be out of pocket for this voucher and Cullinan diamond inn smiles all the way to the bank. This is my first experience with buying a groupon voucher, but I am really getting a sour taste in my mouth, thinking this is just and you never get what you paid for!!
