I had an agreement with Paul the manager of the optometrist and, he gave me 50% discount and that I was going to collect the sunglasses month end of July which was yesterday or today. I went there this morning and Esther told me that she sold the sunglasses with the normal price like 2 weeks back and Nadia gave me the worst worst, worst pathetic disgusting bad service ever, asked me what am I doing in their shop, telling me that I'm not listening that they sold the sunglasses. When I asked for Paul contact nr they refused to give at first... Went to Shoprite when I was passing the shop they called me, and Esther and Nadia asked me to choose anything from the shelves they'll see what they can do, i told them that I'm still going to call Paul which I did but couldn't get hold of him, spoke to Daniel in Alberton branch she couldn't help transferred the call to Mrs Blackman who claimed to be the Paul's wife and didn't have all information of what is happening when I was asking her questions she dropped the phone on my ears.
