I took my family to Bakgatla for the long weekend in JUNE. Upon arrival I was notified that my account had an amount of R260 outstanding. Before the end of the weekend, I was told to pay in the money, as they did not have access to the internet to verify that I had indeed made all the relevant payments. Reluctantly I paid. On the 18 June I sent through a letter of complaint about the noise levels at the camp resort, along with the proof of payments, along with requesting the refund. every week since, I have called and emailed, and to date, still not received the refund or even an acknowledgment of the complaint!!! REALLY!!!
