Once again Discovery shows that they have no heart. Just had a call from one of their employees, telling that because of non-disclosure of my wife's pain in her arms that qualifies for termination of the contract with them. Rosanna said that I did not disclose something that my wife was not diagnosed for yet?
I joined Discovery beginning of June and only became a member in beginning of July and my wife used the medical aid to go see a specialist, now Discovery said that we did not disclose my wife's condition? How can I disclose something that wasn't diagnosed by a specialist? The woman, Rosanna was abrubt and rude and didn't want to give me a chance to explain why I don't understand her decision?
I want somebody higher to please contact me or I am going to go legal and claim all my money back from Discovery and pay for the operation out of my own pocket that Discovery feels it is to much to pay for?
I have read alot of compalints from Discovery and I am so sorry that I joined this BAD attitude excuse for a business?
Yu are da pits discovery and leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I am advising everyone in my company not to ever join such a rip of business.
