My wife booked for us to stay at the Fourways City Lodge on the 26/07/2013 to the 28/07/2013. This was supposed to be weekend of relaxation after myself having major surgery and to celebrate my birthday for the record my wife and I stayed at this City lodge in December and was really impressed with the service. The first incident was on Friday night when we called room service to send up a small jug of hotel milk to which we were told that City lodge doesn't off that service and the person Bongi just put the phone. Saturday morning my wife called the front desk asking for a tooth brush the response from the front desk was it cost and if we want we must come down, it was just easier for my wife to jump in the car and go to SPAR to buy one. That evening we were seated in your dining area having ice cream and coffee and my 15 month old baby was playing with the spoons on the table when the waiter responded by telling us that management said we must not the spoons. I am rather disappointed with my stay at city lodge to a point that the next time I will make Tsogo Sun my first choice. Sad to say you have lost a customer that really loved the City Lodge hotels
