On the 01/07/2013 i went to the doctor but medical aid did not cover the cost that the doctor would claim on medical as he was not on my medical aid. The call centre did confirm that i would be refunded if i sent through the proof of payment and invoice which i sent on the 03/07/2013. Since i have been calling to find out about the refund of which every week i am told by Friday i will receive the funds. On Monday 29-07-2013 i was advised by the call centre that payment had been made yet i did not receive anything because they had paid it into a closed account yet i had told them to refund the amount into the same account that they debit every month. The call centre refused to put me through to the accounts department and the accounts department does not respond to emails. I have received a statement which shows that payment has been made yet i did not receive anything. I have also confirmed with the bank that the account is closed and there are no funds in the account.
To call the centre and keep enquiring is becoming very expensive as i need to be prepared to sit on the phone for 30-45mins as they are very slow and this is each time that i call the call centre.
